Magnetix Pulse — Terms of Use
Magnetix Pulse is provided by Serkan Ünek under the Smart Magnet Studios brand ("we"). Smart Magnet Studios is a brand operated by Serkan Ünek.
These terms govern your use of Magnetix Pulse (the "service"). By using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Magnetix Pulse is a puzzle game played with magnetic stones. It includes career and quiz modes, a leaderboard, friends, and duels between friends. You can play as a guest or with an account. Social features require an account.
2. Age, parents and guardians
The game is designed for players aged 7 and over. If you are under the age limit that applies where you live, you need the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian to create an account and use the social features. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's use of the service and for their compliance with these terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password. If your account has been used without your permission, tell us at support@magnetixpulse.com. You may not transfer or sell your account.
4. Acceptable use
When using the service you agree not to:
- cheat, manipulate scores or duel results, or exploit bugs to get around the game's rules;
- modify or reverse-engineer the app, or try to reach our servers by unauthorized means (modified clients, automation, bots);
- use insults, harassment, hate speech, obscenity or someone else's personal information in your display name or in social features;
- harass other players, send unwanted requests or invitations, or impersonate anyone;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Leaderboard and social features
The leaderboard is public and shows the system-generated alias and scores of your account. We may remove or reset scores we believe were obtained by cheating. Friends and duels let you interact with other players. You can block players you do not want to hear from.
6. Virtual items and rewards
Coins, power-ups, inventory items, titles and similar rewards are virtual items for use inside the game only. They cannot be exchanged for real money or anything else of value, transferred outside the game, or refunded. Duel stakes use in-game coins only. To keep the game balanced we may change the amount, price or behavior of virtual items. This version of the app has no real-money purchases.
7. Ads
The service contains ads. They are shown with the age-appropriate settings described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or links in ads.
8. Changes to the service
We may update the game, add or remove features, or suspend or end the service temporarily or permanently. Updates may be downloaded automatically.
9. Suspension and account deletion
If you break these terms we may suspend or terminate your account or your access to some features. You can permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time (Settings → Delete my account). A deleted account, and the virtual items tied to it, cannot be restored. See Account deletion.
10. Intellectual property
The game, its software, graphics, sounds, text and brand belong to Serkan Ünek or the respective licensors. You receive only a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
11. Warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. This section does not affect rights that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The rights of users who qualify as consumers under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and related legislation, including mandatory application routes, consumer arbitration committees and the competent courts, are reserved.
As a consumer, you also keep any rights granted by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and we may announce important changes in the app. Questions:
