In the app: open Magnetix Pulse, sign in, go to Settings → Delete my account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Bu sayfa, Magnetix Pulse hesabınızı ve ona bağlı verileri nasıl silebileceğinizi anlatır.
1. Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen, hemen gerçekleşir)
Magnetix Pulse'u açın ve hesabınızla giriş yapın.
Ayarlar ekranını açın ve sayfanın altındaki Hesabımı sil bağlantısına dokunun.
Neyin silineceğini anlatan uyarıyı okuyun ve Hesabımı sil ile onaylayın.
Son birkaç dakika içinde giriş yapmadıysanız güvenlik için kimliğinizi yeniden doğrulamanız istenir. Google hesabınızı seçmeniz, şifrenizi girmeniz veya Facebook ile onay vermeniz gerekir.
Silme tamamlanınca cihazdaki oyun verileri de temizlenir ve uygulama yeniden başlar.
Sonucu henüz kesinleşmemiş bir düellonuz varsa silme birkaç dakika bekletilir. Birkaç dakika sonra tekrar deneyin.
Süren diğer düellolar, siz oyundan çıkmışsınız gibi kapatılır ve rakibiniz kazanır. Bekleyen davetler geri çekilir veya reddedilir.
2. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
support@magnetixpulse.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Mümkünse hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresinden yazın.
Hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. Doğrulanmamış bir talep üzerine hiçbir hesap silinmez.
Bu sayfada hesap silen bir form yoktur. Bir hesap yalnız hesap kimliği, e-posta adresi veya oyuncu kodu yazılarak silinemez.
3. Misafir oyuncular
Hesap açmadan oynadıysanız sunucuda size ait bir hesap yoktur. İlerlemeniz yalnız cihazınızdadır.
Uygulamayı kaldırmanız veya Android ayarlarından uygulamanın verilerini temizlemeniz yeterlidir.
4. Silinen veriler
Giriş hesabınız (Firebase Authentication kullanıcısı: e-posta, görünen ad, giriş yöntemleri)
Oyuncu profiliniz, lider tablosu takma adınız ve oyuncu kodunuz
Herkese açık lider tablosundaki kaydınız
Arkadaşlarınız, gönderdiğiniz ve aldığınız arkadaşlık istekleri, engellediğiniz oyuncular listesi
Bildirim adresleriniz (cihaz token'ları)
Sunucudaki coin cüzdanınız ve hareket kayıtları
Hesabınıza bağlı günlük sayaçlar, davet ve güvenlik kayıtları
Cihazdaki oyun verileri (kariyer, coin, envanter, ayarlar, oturum)
5. Tutulan veriler ve nedenleri
Düello ve maç kayıtları: Rakibinizin geçmişinin ve istatistiklerinin parçası oldukları için silinmez.
Profiliniz silindiğinden bu kayıtlarda adınız görünmez; diğer oyuncular "Silinmiş oyuncu" görür. Kayıtlarda yalnız rastgele hesap kimliği kalır.
Başkalarının sizi engellediği kayıtlar: Bu kayıtlar o oyuncunun kendi kararıdır ve onun verisidir.
Analitik veriler: Google Analytics verileri hesabınızla eşleştirilmez. Bu yüzden kişi bazında silinemezler ve Google Analytics'in saklama süresi dolunca silinirler.
Reklam verileri: Google Mobile Ads tarafından işlenen veriler Google'ın kendi politikalarına tabidir.
Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda ilgili kayıtlar bu zorunluluğun gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanabilir.
6. Ne kadar sürer?
Uygulama içinden silme hemen gerçekleşir; işlem bittiğinde hesabınız geri getirilemez.

This page explains how to delete your Magnetix Pulse account and the data tied to it.
1. Delete from inside the app (recommended, immediate)
Open Magnetix Pulse and sign in to your account.
Open Settings and tap Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
Read the warning about what will be deleted and confirm with Delete my account.
If you have not signed in during the last few minutes, you are asked to confirm your identity for security. You will need to pick your Google account, enter your password, or approve with Facebook.
When the deletion is complete, the game data on your device is cleared too and the app restarts.
If you have a duel whose result is not final yet, the deletion waits a few minutes. Try again shortly.
Other running duels are closed as if you had left them, and your opponent wins. Pending invitations are withdrawn or declined.
2. If you cannot access the app
Send an e-mail with the subject "Account deletion request" to support@magnetixpulse.com. If you can, write from the e-mail address linked to your account.
We may ask for more information to confirm that the account is yours. No account is deleted on an unverified request.
This page has no form that deletes accounts, and an account cannot be deleted just by entering an account ID, an e-mail address or a player code.
3. Guest players
If you played without creating an account, there is no account of yours on our servers. Your progress is on your device only.
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android settings, is enough.
4. What is deleted
Your sign-in account (the Firebase Authentication user: e-mail, display name, sign-in methods)
Your player profile, leaderboard alias and player code
Your entry on the public leaderboard
Your friends, the friend requests you sent and received, and your list of blocked players
Your notification addresses (device tokens)
Your coin wallet on the server and its transaction records
Daily counters, invitation and security records tied to your account
Game data on your device (career, coins, inventory, settings, session)
5. What is kept, and why
Duel and match records: these are part of your opponents' history and statistics, so they are not deleted.
Your profile is deleted, so your name does not appear in them; other players see "Deleted player". Only a random account ID remains in these records.
Blocks other players placed on you: each is that player's own decision and their data.
Analytics data: Google Analytics data is not linked to your account, so it cannot be deleted per person. It is removed when Google Analytics' retention period ends.
Advertising data: data processed by Google Mobile Ads is subject to Google's own policies.
Where the law requires it, the relevant records may be kept for as long as that obligation requires.
6. How long does it take?
Deletion from inside the app is immediate. Once it has finished, the account cannot be restored.
